This is actually a BMW commercial but they’re using the kinetic sculptures of a man named Theo Jansen to make their point. These kinetic sculptures are creepy and totally awesome at the same time. Imagine walking down the beach on a day like the one in the video and seeing one of these walking toward you.

There are implants which are purely aesthetic , and then there’s the Digital Tattoo Interface concept. I can’t believe this! I want!!
From YouTube: In part 1 of this episode we give a overview of how we turned an Oldsmobile Delta ’88 into a remote control car in just 4 weeks. We built our control systems using a few motors, potentiometers, a Compact RIO embedded controller, and LabVIEW.
